By using Silicon MENA you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information about yourself and don’t impersonate anyone.
Membership
Membership is curated. We may approve, decline, suspend or remove accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these terms or our cosign guidelines.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Silicon MENA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute your content to operate and promote the service. You’re responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.
Acceptable use
- No false, misleading, defamatory, harassing or discriminatory content.
- No spam, scraping, automated access or attempts to disrupt the service.
- No buying, selling or trading cosigns, votes or signals.
- No sharing others’ private or confidential information.
Cosigns and information on the platform
Cosigns, lists, rankings and updates reflect the views of the members who post them, not Silicon MENA. Some company information is compiled from public sources and may be incomplete. We don’t verify every claim and make no guarantee about the accuracy of user content.
Jobs
Job posts are provided by companies. We’re not a party to any hiring decision or employment relationship.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Silicon MENA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms or the service. You may stop using Silicon MENA and delete your account at any time.
